Skye Blue Photography

Wow what a year it has been, especially the last few months. A big thankyou to all my clients that I have had supporting me over the past few months, I have been very happy with the growth of my business. I have enjoyed being busy, photographing my first wedding was great, i LOVED the pregnancy shoot with T and P and the newborn shoot i completed last week was so special (very hard for a girl who gets clucky sooo easily). I am looking forward to more work in the new year and have BIG hopes for Skye Blue for 2009!!  I have a very special wedding booked for October which I know is going to be fantasic as the setting is the most beautiful house and garden you have ever seen, and that they are special friends of my family, and I have a BIG christening and a few baby shoots over the next month so make sure you keep checking this space for my latest work. Welcome to the world to little Lilah. Such a beautiful little bubba that kept us working for a while at settling her…she was fairly into the camera for a while watching me move around. Apparently after I left she slept like an angel…always the way!!! Some beautiful shots still of such a beautiful family. Enjoy your sneek peak S and J, the rest will be up in a few days.xx

It was the hottest day I think we have had so far for this session…no wonder it ended with the girls in the pool!! We had a lot of laughs together trying to work quickly outside, beofre heading back to the solace of A.C inside.

Recently I had Cassandra my mentor come to do a shoot of Lily and I and then teach me a few ticks of the trade!! What an afternoon, it was soooo hot, but Elly my sister was great and Lily just had a ball in the tutu.

I wanted to stay and party with all the girls after shooting this for Sarah……Happy 21st baby….Elly will give you the disc soon….

What a trendy little Cafe my old school friend has got here…what more could you ask for in such a stylish street…great coffee and I must say the Tiramisu was unbelieveable and the Sticky Date looked fantastic. The shop has plenty of outdoor space and down the back a kiddies corner even with toys!!!!! All the best for the business Kel..

The sun finally came back out last weekend which made for good lighting for photo’s. Thankyou Steph and Adam fot letting me come and photograph your beautiful Kourtney….we had some laughs, cries and even sleeps. All very cute. Here’s your sneaky peak, the rest will be ready soon.

Today along with other local small businesses I braved the wind and had a stall at the Bubs Bumps Bibs and Teeth Expo. Thankyou to all who chatted with me and took interest in my work and are thinking of booking in for photos in the future. I was lucky enough to take one Mum to Be package booking and hopefully the day gave me good exposure to all you new parents!!!!!!

Little baby Ali’s uncle Jason commissioned me for these photos. And I can see why Ali is just totally gorgeous..she was a happy little bub for the shoot and there were even some smiles….
