The second half of the cornflowerblue shoot saw many different lines of organic childrens clothing. This is where my little delight had her turn in front of the camera. She had patiently waited all day watching all of the bigger girls have their photos taken. And she did pretty well for her first fashion role. I was very proud! What a massive day I spent with the founder of cornflowerblue, her team and lots of little girls dressed in beautiful clothing. What is cornflowerblue about? When Sara began daydreaming of cornflowerblue after chatting with girlfriends in Mumbai about the lack of pretty, girlie clothes that are affordable and in the next breath… organic. This set Sarah off on an adventure, armed with the designs for her first collection, to find who made the most beautiful organic clothes in India. Sarah soon evolved the concept of cornflowerblue to include stocking other fabulous organic and fair labels from around the world.
The clothing is beautiful, to say the least. Each dress that came out in front of me was gorgeous, girly and the girls just loved it. They all had a great day, as did I and my little Lily got a look in and was photographed in my favourite colour….red! I was exhausted after the full day shooting, but I thoroughly LOVED it. We were able to do both in and outdoor photographs. The weather at the beach was a little unforgiving and probably one of the glariest, windiest days Ive ever experienced.

Another successful cafe, opened by a friend of mine at Westpoint Shopping Center. Stylish and very trendy, they even have a kiddies corner, which as a parent I think is a wonderful idea! The coffee is great too, and the best part it is served with chocolate coated coffee beans! yummo!!!!
I recently took a trip to Melbourne to do a job for an old school friend to photograph the band DARK HORSE. I was hesitant as I am usually shooting babies, but J insisted that I do it and that it was all good. And all good it was. What a fantastic bunch of guys, who were so easy to work with. I had a great time and will certainly be looking into doing more jobs like this.
What a fantastic day it was today, little Lily and I enjoying each others company out the back, watching the cows and horses. LOVE living out here it is so good for my girl.
My sister El has now left for England, and living in London. Her last weekend was easter and we had a fantastic Good Friday and Easter Sunday with lots of play and laughs and then tears. We are all missing her terribly, but know she is having a great time!!!!!
A wonderful morning in the park with my cousin and his family. And what a full on morning it was, this family is on the go, go, go!!!!!! And dont try to stop them! The girls typically loved getting dressed up and little Owen made me work for his shots! Enjoy the photos N and G!!!!!
A few quick shots during a tutoring session. This is little Ali that I shot when she was just a bubba, so good to see her again. A bit of fun in the new pettiskirt while her poppy learnt a few tricks!!
